What seems simple at first often later develops complication. Whilst the buying or selling of a residence, a block of land, a commercial or industrial Lot or a farm, may appear to be straight forward - a conveyancing transaction "I'll give $X and you give me a title and transfer" - in fact, unless handled competently complications can arise "You didn't tell me that the house has white ants and that there was no building approval for that extension".

 

Tough luck for the Purchasr on white ants, and for the Vendor on no building approval!
